Standard Shipping

A flat $15.00 rate shipping & handling fee applies to all AUS customers ONLY through Australia Post this charge includes and a traceable consignment number. If there is no one available to recieve your parcel it will be taken back to your local post office for safe keeping and collection. 
Heavy or bulky items for delivery to remote areas may incur additional charges. An invoice estimate for postage will be created and emailed through prior to delivery via Paypal, otherwise a full refund can be issued.

Delivery typically takes 2-5 working days for standard shipping. Locations outside and remote locations may take longer.

International orders may incur an additional charge, an estimate for postage will be given and if not agreed a full refund can be issued.

All orders over $150 qualify for FREE standard shipping, includes signature delivery and a traceable consignment number.

This Can be selected at checkout for an extra charge.

Recycled Packaging

We promote environmentally-friendly products we promote the importance of using recycled shipping boxes where possible. When your package arrives it is very likely it will be packaged in a recycled cardboard box from our store. We make every effort to ensure that your order is packaged safely, securely and with as much recycled material as possible.


If you would like to exchange an item for another size, please call the store on 03 9388 8311 with your name, product you ordered and what you would like to exchange it for. The exchange will be sent to you at your expense and only after we receive goods back in original condition *see below RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please follow our guidelines for returns:


Customers who have purchased from Treetop Toy Shop can return purchases for a replacement item if the item purchased are not faulty (for faulty items please see below)

The toys ordered must be returned in original condition within 7 days of receipt.

All returns must have a Return Authorisation Number.

Returned products must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Refunds will only be processed when the goods are checked and found to be in new condition. Please ensure items are carefully packed for shipment.

Return postage (other than faulty goods) is at the customer's expense. See delivery for charges.

Treetop Toy Shop is not responsible for any merchandise damaged or lost via return post. Refunds are not provided on goods returned soiled, with damaged packaging, not in original packaging or broken in return mail.

Faulty Goods: A return Post will be provided, upon inspection a replacement or refund will be provided.

Breakages during Delivery

It is the customer's responsibility to check goods on arrival to ensure no breakages have occurred in transit. Any breakages must be reported immediately - the same or next working day after arrival. If an item arrives broken, the item will need to be returned to Treetop Toy Shop and the (same) replacement item will be forwarded to you. 

Please note Treetop Toy Shop is not responsible for any breakages that occur once the toy has been played with. Manufacturing faults will be referred to the manufacturer and returns on this basis are at the manufacturer's advice only.
